MAGIC OF THE ANU$
The anu$ holds many secrets... It can store unconscious tensions and years of holding shame, guilt and unprocessed emotions. It is the "darkest" of places in the body, symbolically speaking, and therefore it attracts what is unwanted. The magic is that it is still accessible! Seemingly, with a function of 'stuff going out of it' but it has notoriously been used in human history for - pleasure. Relax your ass and your whole life will relax!
Anatomically speaking, we share anu$ with any creature (with a digestive track) on this planet! Anu$ is the human's connection to the primal. Anu$ is also uniting us in our humanity beyond the separation of the polarities of masculine and feminine, which the genitals represent. Esoterically speaking, anu$ is a place in the body where we get an easy (and quite direct) access to the VOID energy. Connecting to this black hole of our body galaxy is a powerful act of reconnecting to the source.

HOW DOES THE DARK WHOLE SESSION WORK?
The main technique applied during the DARK WHOLE session is called "the Sacred Spot". Sacred spot is a bodywork technique where we put our loving attention on the place of the most emotional or energetic charge. Yes, this you will apply on yourself, empowering you to create powerful impact on your being with your own finger, with your own attention.
The (self) bodywork session itself is about 45min. It's proceeded by a warm-up and sharing on the topics which come up for you related to your anu$.
Hi, my name is Aleksandra and I am the creator of the DARK WHOLE session. DARK WHOLE is inspired by my own fascination with the pleasures and surrender portal which the anu$ offers.
As I find myself standing for the FREEDOM OF TRUTH & SELF-EXPRESSION in my work, I find giving attention to the anu$ necessary.
In my own body, the one place I have noticed, which holds the most control and up-tightness was in my anu$.
As much as an@l work (and play) has been deeply transformative for my life, it took me years to not to be ashamed to talk about it! I would use to tell to my lover (after a pleasurable a. session) - "this stays between us!". I won't let you hold on to the same shame! We will go into this intimate space TOGETHER and share our adventures into surrender and relaxation.
I have worked with groups facilitating Temples and sex-positive spaces for over 10 years now and I love the magic of creating containers with sacredness, new culture, permission and consciousness of togetherness. Why I created the DARK WHOLE is because...
The intimate act of journeying together as a group into ONENESS SPACE of the body which the anu$ represents is a uniquely sweet and impactful phenomenon. Unashaming the most taboo-haunted place of the body in a group space is inspiring and liberating!

PRACTICALITIES
⚫ Take a moment to tune into your INTENTION for this Journey.
⚫ Zoom link to the event will land with you after registering.
⚫ You can join this event without EVER turning on your camera. i.e. you are welcome to stay anonymous. At the same time, I encourage you to switch your camera on at least for the first part of the event when we will do some sharing before the main ritual.
⚫ At any point, intimate parts of the body will NOT be revealed on camera during this call. (Any participants breaking this rule will be automatically taken off video mode or further off the call).
⚫ You are welcome to be nude with yourself during the ritual part (with your camera off).
⚫ Only the facilitator will be recorded on this call unless you unmute yourself.
⚫ Asking questions during the call is possible via written chat only.
⚫ Consuming alcohol or other mind altering substances during the event, on the day of the event or straight after the session is highly discouraged.

WHAT TO BRING? & HOW TO PREPARE?
⚫ Make sure to have 2h of PRIVATE space for this event and that you will NOT be disturbed by other people, phones (or animals!) during the session.
⚫ Bring yourself in whatever mood you are. It's about showing up with whatever arises not about being in the perfect mood for this session.
⚫ Prepare your space: you will need about 2m2 of floor space to move and then a comfortable place to lie down or kneel down - soft space covered with a towel.
⚫ Bring your favourite lubrication. Simply coconut oil will do.
⚫ Trim at least one of your fingernails - middle or index finger of the leading hand - ideally all of the fingernails (if they are long).

FREQUENTLY ASKED QUESTIONS
DO I NEED ANY SPECIAL TOOLS OR TOYS FOR THIS SESSION?
No, you can solely use your finger for this session. The invitation for the begining, is for everyone to start with a finger. Use of any anal toys is only if you have a strong call for it. In case, you are used to anal play and anal toys, I would rather encourage you to use your finger only and go much slower than usual to feel the subtleties. Very often the power is in your intention for the session (e.g. intention for healing ) more than the physical action.
WILL I HAVE TO ENTER MY ANU$ DURING THIS SESSION?
No, absolutely not. The sacred spot session is all about being present with the point that is relevant to you. A point which feels alive and perhaps charged but is still available and open. This might be another point on your body or area outside as you circle around the anu$. The anu$ will open when it is ready and you will feel it. Still if you do not have a full "yes" within yourself for exploring it, you do not go in. You can always go back to the recording of the session and have another go. There is nothing to achieve during this session. It's an exploration without a goal but with an intention.
HOW TO CLEAN? OR WHAT IF I'M WORRIED ABOUT THE HYGIENE?
There is no need to prepare your body in any specific way. It's always beautiful to come into a meaningful body ritual after a shower. If you are still concerned, douching before is an option (using a special tool to clean inside your rectum). For those of you extra aware of hygiene, using a glove for touching the anus might be a good option. For people with vulvas, please make sure to use one hand on the anus and the other on the vagina - if you wish to touch both - not to mix the secretions of the two.
WILL I STILL BENEFIT FROM THE LIVE SESSION IF I DON'T WANT TO TURN ON MY CAMERA AT ALL?
YES, you will! Absolutelly. Attending the live group session is very potent. The act of coming together and sharing the experience will likely enhance your process. If you choose to keep your camera off for the entire session this will be respected. You will still have a chance to share your experience with voice or in writing. Your sharing will not be on the recording.
HOW CAN I JOIN WITH MY PARTNER?
You can join with your partner / intimate friend / lover from ONE devise for the COUPLE ticket. This ticket is at reduced price. During the session you are encouraged to stay in your own individual spaces and NOT to interact together physically. It's a powerful thing to enter a ritual as a couple without following any of your default ways of connecting. Encouriging you to be compagnions on your journeys rather than feed off each others energy or experience. Stay at least 90% with your own experience.
